Our Biggest Financial Networking Event is scheduled for Saturday, February 7th in Columbia, Maryland. National Business Promotions and Aero Financial will be coordinating/sponsoring this Financial & Investment Expo at the Hilton Columbia hotel. The event will be an all day financial networking breakfast/ lunch experience where 15 to 18 companies will present to a group of approx. 200 to 300 highly recognizable financial attendees.

The purpose of this expo is to allow proactive, ambitious companies to obtain exposure and recognition from the investment/financial community such as: private equity firms, angel investor groups, accredited investors, broker dealers, fund managers etc. This is a perfect opportunity for you to showcase in front of a large unique audience who extends over the Eastern Seaboard. We anticipate approximately 200 to 300 potential investors in attendance coming specifically to see you.

If I am presenting my company, what do I receive?

∞ 20 minute presentation in front of investor base.
∞ Exhibit booth for literature and materials they can network the whole day.
∞ 3 minute video interview of company completed by professional videographer.
∞ Complimentary press release with webcast included.
∞ Banner advertisement on NBP’s website that receives over 500,000 hits a month.

8:00 am – 3:00 pm Saturday, February 7th Columbia Maryland Hilton

8:00 am Doors open and registration begins. Please check in at registration table in the front lobby of Hotel entrance. Present your ticket and a business card. We will be preparing a spreadsheet with attendee contact info for those interested. For those who have not registered in advance there will be a $20 entrance fee.
There will be coat hangers set up next to the elevators. Please place your business cards and brochures on the display table adjacent to the elevators. Visit the Expo tables throughout the Atrium.

8:00 – 8:30 am Minesh Baxi, the author of “Network Your Way to $100,000 and Beyond” will be giving away free copies.

8:00 – 9:30 am Breakfast in the Ballroom. There is a full buffet available for those who registered in advance for breakfast.
There will be individual presentations in the ballroom throughout the day. The schedule will be emailed one week prior to the expo. These presentations will run 20 minutes each. Please be quiet as you enter the Ballroom and limit your conversations to the Atrium.

11:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch in Ballroom. There will be a full buffet lunch available for those who registered in advance.

2:30 pm We will raffle several copies of Don Tolman’s “Farmacist Desk Reference” and more free copies of Minesh Baxi’s “Network Your Way to $100,000 and Beyond”. We are accepting other vendor products and services for this raffle. You must be there at the time of the raffle to participate in the raffle.
